Ely 1 have been promoted to the Premier League, and we are looking to expand our squad in order to meet this new challenge.  If you are a good experienced player who would be interested in committing to a new team, please contact us to discuss the possibilities.


As a result of the increasing popularity of netball, Ely Netball Club has three teams competing in the Cambridge and District Netball Winter League for the first time in the 2007/08 season.

The 2007/08 Winter League was a season of mixed fortunes for Ely Netball Club, with three teams competing for the first time.  Ely 1 came top of division 1, securing promotion to the premier league, after a nearly unbeaten season.  Ely 2 had a season of highs and lows, with some good performances mixed with some disappointing matches.  Ely 3 fought hard in division 4 to establish themselves as a new team, and are hoping the match experience will now benefit them in future seasons.

Ely Netball Club is always looking for more netballers of all levels to join our club, so if you are interested please contact us or come along to a training session.
